The Little Shuswap Lake Indian Band is located just minutes off the Trans-Canada Highway #1 in south-central British Columbia, the perfect stop between Calgary/Banff and Vancouver and the West Coast of British Columbia.
From the West via Kamloops BC:
Follow the Trans-Canada Highway 1 East for approximately 40 minutes. About 5 minutes East of Chase look for the signs pointing to the North Shuswap and the Squilax-Anglemont Road. Just after you pass under the Squilax Bridge, exit Hwy 1 to the right and follow the road around to the right and across the bridge. Immediately after crossing the bridge, turn left onto Little Shuswap Lake Rd W. After driving approximately 1 km, you will be right by our band office.
From the East via Salmon Arm BC:
Follow the Trans-Canada Highway 1 West for approximately 30 minutes. About 5 minutes West of Sorrento look for the signs pointing to the North Shuswap and the Squilax-Anglemont Road. Just before you pass under the Squilax Bridge, exit Hwy 1 to the left and follow the road around to the right and across the bridge. Immediately after crossing the bridge, turn left onto Little Shuswap Lake Rd W. After driving approximately 1 km, you will be right by our band office.
